Vi får gäster!!!
Jiiippii!! Tommy och Jess har kommit!! Helt otroligt att de har flugit ända från London till andra sidan jorden och ut till en liten atoll mitt i Söderhavet för att hälsa på oss! För precis ett år sedan satt vi med Tommy och Jess bakom scen på Göteborgs operan och pratade om livet och planerna efter Kärlek skonar ingen jobbet. När vi berättade att vi planerade att segla i Franska Polynesien och att vi letade efter en båt där kom spontant frågan från dem: -Ok, vilken flygplats ska vi då flyga till när vi ska besöka er? Vi blev jätte glada men trodde verkligen inte att de skulle komma och nu, ett år senare står de här på kajen med en låd frukt och grönsaker som de handlat till oss!! Ni är helt fantastiska Tommy och Jess!!!
Vi körde alla in till kajen med jollen och mötte våra gäster. Väl ombord blev det bad från båten. Sen härlig middag innan vi åkte in till hotellet Kiora Resort och tittade på Polynesisk Show! Vi var till slut uppe och dansade själva i showen! Hedda älskade det och ville gärna stanna och dansa mer när showen var slut.
Ja våra dagar med Tommy och Jess har varit underbara. Vi har tränat, badat, snorklat, ätit härliga luncher i land, gjort solnedgångs yoga, besökt pärlfarmen, spelat spel med Hugo och Hannes och suttit uppe på däck på airtracken och pratat om allt mellan himmel och jord!!
Vi dök två dagar med Rangiroa Divecenter och Julian. Såg inga delfiner de första duken men sen kom de! Fick även se Manta Ray och hajar.
Det blåste en del när Tommy och Jess kom men efter några dagar lugnade det sig och vi gjorde oss redo för att segla till Blå Lagunen här inne i Rangiroa atollen.
Så himla tacksam för att vi har sådana fina vänner!
Yiiiiiiiii!! Tommy and Jess have arrived!! It’s unbelievable that they have flown all the way from London to the other side of the world and out to a small atoll in the middle of the South Sea to visit us! Exactly one year ago, we sat with Tommy and Jess backstage at the Gothenburg Opera and talked about life and plans after the contract with Kärlek Skonar Ingen. When we told them that we were planning to sail in French Polynesia and that we were looking for a boat there, the question came spontaneously from them: -Ok, which airport should we fly to when we are going to visit you? We were very happy but really didn’t think they would come and now, a year later, they are standing here on the quay with a box of fruit and vegetables that they bought for us!! You are absolutely amazing Tommy and Jess!!!
We all drove into the dock with the dinghy and met our guests. Once on board, we all went for a swim from the boat. Then a lovely dinner before we went to the hotel Kiora Resort and watched the Polynesian Show! We were finally up and dancing in the show ourselves! Hedda loved it and wanted to stay and dance more when the show was over.
Yes, our days with Tommy and Jess have been wonderful.! We have worked out, swam, snorkelled, had lovely lunches ashore, done sunset yoga, visited the pearl farm, played games with Hugo and Hannes and sat up on deck on the air track and talked about everything between heaven and earth!!
We dived two days with Rangiroa Divecenter and Julian. Didn’t see any dolphins on the first dives but then they came! Also got to see Manta Ray and sharks.
It was quite windy when Tommy and Jess arrived but after a few days it calmed down and we got ready to sail to the Blue Lagoon here in Rangiroa Atoll.
So grateful that we have such wonderful friends!
